I want to change my booking

Go to https://resmates.com.au/customer-portal

You may amend or cancel your booking up to 3 hours before departure with no penalty. Cancellations made within 3 hours of departure will forfeit 100% of the fare. For group bookings of 10 or more guests, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. In the unlikely event that Sea World Cruises cancels a cruise, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or a 12 month credit for future use.

Combination Tickets are non-refundable. Theme park tickets are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. For our full terms and conditions, please visit https://tourco.com.au/terms-conditions/

Can I book a group?

Can I choose indoor or outdoor seating?

Yes – there are two main seating options:

Inside seating in the air‑conditioned main cabin with large windows for comfortable dining. Outside seating (weather‑dependent) on the upper (top) deck or rear balcony areas, offering open‑air views. Please note: the top deck is accessed via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. During inclement weather, indoor bookings will continue to be welcomed onboard to delight in our fully enclosed indoor dining space as normal. We will endeavour to relocate outdoor bookings to our indoor seating areas where possible. Alternatively, we will provide guests the choice of rescheduling their experience to a later date or a refund.
